1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Barcode Utility ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

PingereTech Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Barcode Utility on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

3. Intended Use

Barcode Utility is designed to help users scan barcodes, organize inventory, record product information, and track expiration dates.

The App is intended as a convenience tool only. Users remain responsible for verifying expiration dates, product information, inventory levels, and any other stored information before relying upon it.

4. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

PingereTech Inc. makes no guarantees that the App will always function correctly or without interruption. Features including barcode scanning, reminders, notifications, alerts, data storage, and expiration tracking may occasionally fail, be delayed, or produce incorrect results.

5. Notifications and Reminders

Reminder notifications are provided solely as a convenience.

Notification delivery depends upon factors outside PingereTech's control, including device settings, operating system behavior, battery optimization, notification permissions, and software updates.

Users should always independently verify expiration dates and other important information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PingereTech Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Barcode Utility.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed reminders or notifications
• Incorrect barcode scans
• Lost or corrupted data
• Missed expiration dates
• Product spoilage
• Financial loss
• Business interruption

7. User Responsibilities

• Verify all important information before relying upon it.
• Maintain backups of information you wish to preserve.
• Use the App responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Barcode Utility and all associated software, graphics, logos, and content are the property of PingereTech Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

PingereTech Inc. may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
